Day 4: Baked Parmesan Pumpkin Seeds Recipe.
I know that I just got done saying that I prefer no carve pumpkin projects, but one reason to actually carve a pumpkin is to get all those yummy seeds! Pumpkin seeds are one of my favorite snacks. My husband made these two years ago and I was instantly addicted. Now we HAVE to make these at least a couple of times each Fall. Even the kiddo likes them (well at least she did last year, she’s always changing her mind on what she will/will not eat). If you’re carving pumpkins this year, I highly recommend trying out this recipe.
It’s a simple recipe using just pumpkin seeds, butter, rosemary, and parmesan cheese. To check out the full directions, head on over to the original Baked Parmesan Pumpkin Seeds Recipe.

P.S. This is the 4th year for my 50 DIY Days. If you’d like to check out the past projects, you can click on these links (sorry for any broken links, it’s hard to keep up to date with all the posts… always a work in progress): 2011 // 2012 // 2013
I have a pumpkin that needs to be gutted and roasted. Being a savory kind of gal, I'll have to try this out. Thanks for sharing!
