This challenge is a little unique. We have to take a cell phone photo of what makes us happy. Well, my lame phone takes photos… but, I cannot figure out how to get the photos off of this phone onto my computer! So, we’ll have to do a little flashback to September 2008 (This is when I had a cool iPhone. I don’t know why I ever switched!). This challenge was inspired by the book: The Best Camera is the One That’s With You. I am really going to have to check this book out!
Mike and I were in Greece for our honeymoon. My camera decides to break on our 2nd night there! So, here we are in Greece with only a cell phone for taking photos. We did get a ton of great photos with it though! This one was taken from our hotel balcony of the sunset over the Caldera. So pretty! *What makes me happy is watching the sunset with my hubby and a nice glass of wine.*
And, there was a really sweet couple from California that let us borrow their camera for the remainder of our trip since they were headed home! Can you believe it? That was amazing. We were able to take photos on our honeymoon with a real camera. When we got home we sent back their camera with a bottle of wine. That was sooooo nice!
very nice photo….i just love the iphone photos…i've seen people using their photos on their blogs…there's also an almost free softwawre for the iphone i think it's $1.99. the one for pic is $19.99 which i'm thinking of getting.that was so nice of those people to lend you their phone..i couldn't imagine being on a honeymoon w/o camera….anywhere for that matter.
Thanks for sharing your photo and your story! Greece is on my wish list for my dream vacation…one of these years!

Greece! Wow! JEALOUS!
Wow, that's an awesome cellphone pic. I have a small handful of them, but they are few and far between. Translation…my camera on my phone SUCKS! How funny that you went all the way to Greece with only a cellphone camera 🙂
