Recently I made a really neat Mini Succulent Wreath for La Crema (full DIY here). It works perfectly as a little wine bottle decoration. It’s like a 2-in-1 gift: a bottle of tasty wine to drink and a mini succulent wreath to hang on the wall. I have to say, this wreath is up there as one of my favorite projects. I didn’t actually give if to anyone… since I love it so much. It’s now hanging on the wall by my front door.
To compliment this wreath DIY, I made these Succulent gift tags. It’s perfect for this wine bottle + mini wreath gift, or you can use the tags for whatever gift you’d like. Tie it onto a little planter and give to a friend. Perfect.
Supplies:
- Succulent Gift Tag printout
- scissors
- hole punch
- cute ribbon or twine
Directions:
– Print out the lovely gift tag printable I provided.
– Cut out the tags and punch a hole on the dot on the tag.

If you have a moment, wander over to the wreath DIY. It looks like it’s hard to make, but really it’s pretty darn easy. I think I spent about an hour assembling it.
