Heat your oven to 360F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix together the cinnamon and Monk Fruit In The Raw®.
In another bowl melt the 4 Tbsp. of butter in the microwave. This will take 20-30 seconds.
Brush the melted butter onto the front and back of each tortilla and use your cookie cutters to cut out the shapes.
Toss the buttered tortilla shapes into the cinnamon and Monk Fruit In The Raw® bowl until the shapes are coated. Transfer the coated shapes to your parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until ready. These chips can burn fast, so keep an eye on them. The chips should be crips when cooled. You can always toss them back in the oven if they are still soft after cooling.
