The Paper Mama Photo Challenge: Friend

The challenge: The challenge will be based around your children. Take or find a photo of your baby (or kid… or puppy… or kitty). With a friend.

Bath Time

I’m not sure what changed… but, Ruari suddenly decided that bath time is totally fun! She’s never hated it… she’s just been sort “eh” about it. But… this past week we now get excited squeals and kicks when we say it’s bath time! She can’t sit in the tub… she has to walk around the whole… loves to splash…. and only needs a bowl for a toy. That’s it. She’s happy…. until we take her out… meltdown city!

She also just noticed she gets pruney fingers when she’s in the bath too long… you may or may not know how I feel about pruney fingers/toes are the worst thing ever! I can’t stand it. The whole time I was pregnant the only thing I was really nervous for my waterbirth was pruney fingers/toes. It’s like scratching a chalk board. I don’t even like pruney toe photos. Bleh! I don’t even like talking about it. 🙂 So, the past couple of evenings Ruari has been trying to pull the “prune” off her fingers. Bwa ha ha! She takes after me. Silly girl.

Umbrella shmella.

I was playing with my shutter speed the other day. I’d really like to try this again in a larger area… possibly with more people. It was sort of a spur of the moment thing. 🙂 BUT, it was totally fun to do. Have you tried jumping photos?

And… if I do this again… I’ll make sure it’s not on a rainy day… I kept slipping… don’t need to break my neck for a photo. 😀 I could jump higher too if it’s not raining. 😀
