PNW Blogger Meet Up…

Welp. Friday night was our PNW Blogger Meet Up. With the help of Heather, Leanne, and Melissa… we did it. The event was fantastic and fun. 50 ladies from the PNW all in one room. So amazing. I enjoyed each moment of it. I didn’t bring my camera with me (since we had a photographer). BUT, I do have my instagram photos.

It really was a wonderful evening. I will share more photos and fantasticness from the event later… when the photographer is ready with our photos.

While we wait for the event photos: I would like to announce the date/location for our next meet up! I was working on getting the next meet up in Seattle, but things worked out a little different. We will be back up in Portland, again. Seattle will have to wait for after the New Year.

The next event will be on November 3rd, 2012 at the West Elm, in Portland, OR. The space is large and we will be able to have more attendees! Excited? Me too!

I hope to see you there! I will share more info, in the near future. If you attended the PNW Meet Up, on Friday, and would like to share your blog posts… link up all your posts you write below! I’d love to read them! We will be sharing this link up on all the planners blogs. See below!

P.S. the sweet ladies in the photos above: Mandy, Fiona, and Moorea.

How to Regrow Green Onions + Links to love this week!

How to Regrow Green Onions // thepapermama.com

How to Regrow Green Onions: I shared this on instagram, and everyone was asking about it. SO, I’ll tell you more. We use a lot of green onions in our cooking, so instead of buying them over and over we set the roots in a cup of water and watch them grow! Seriously. It works. Just don’t cut up the roots. We’ve done this A LOT and I think they tend to max out after about 5 cuttings.

Favorite links I love this week!

Not to say that anyone I know needs this… but, get rid of yellow pit stains. Kind of awesome.

DIY hanging basket from Smile and Wave on A Beautiful Mess. So neat!

I really love these shoes in lime.

A little hello to a couple of my newer sponsors: Behind the Camera and Dreaming, HJ Underway, and I was the sea.

We’ve used this quick pickling recipe for onions. So up. Especially on burgers and salads… yum.

This is very sweet… a photo of your kid on their last day of school… holding a photo of their FIRST day of school. Must remember.

Crock pot bread?

I love this heart necklace.

I’d really like to own all of these socks.

I think I’ll give this DIY sprinkler toy a try!

Handmade wooden measuring spoons. They are so lovely. I have a ceramic set, and one broke {sad face}. SO, these would be lovely. Plus, I love supporting handmade.

Raspberry and Serrano Sangria! Sweet and spice! I bet it’s tasty.

These wallpapers are amazing.

Cool book clock.
