Day 26 of my 50 DIY Days: Pumpkin Pie Pecan Bars
I found this sweet treat over on the DIY Candy blog and I gotta say it’s making me hungry. I’m not typically a pecan or pumpkin pie girl (apple pie all the way, please), but these sounds divine! Make a couple batches of these treats, package them up, maybe add one of my free printable gift tags, and give away this holiday season to some favorite people. I know I would love to get this as a gift.
Ingredients needed to make this sweet treat (full recipe can be found on the DIY Candy blog):
- Pumpkin Cookie Mix
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c light corn syrup
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
