We are about 3 months into the new school year and I’m already tired of making lunches. Okay. I’m not really tired of making them, but sometimes I just want to pack a quick uncomplicated lunch in the morning. I want more time with my coffee and to hang out with the kids. Foster Farms Bold Bites are tasty and ready-to-eat cooked chicken breast bites. They are individually packaged so all I have to do is pop them into my daughter’s lunch. Partnered with some fruits and veg this is a lunch I feel good about sending to school with my kid AND I only spent about 2 minutes prepping it. It’s a win!

With her quick meal made I have time to add a note for her to find at lunch. I feel like I barely see my oldest daughter during the week with school and all her activities, so I like to add something extra to her lunches. I can wish her good luck on a spelling test or make her laugh with a silly pun. It’s my little way to let her know that I’m thinking about her.

Today I’m sharing my Free Printable Lunch Box Notes with all of you. Just print it onto some paper, cut it up, and put it into your kid’s lunch. So simple. I like to print these ahead of time and keep them in the cupboard next to the lunch box.

Not only are the Foster Farms Bold Bites great for school lunches, but I like to eat them when I need a quick snack. They come in 5 varieties: Korean BBQ, Parmesan Garlic, Cajun, Caribbean Jerk, Chile Verde and I have a few in my fridge right now so I can grab a package when I’m hungry and in a rush.

What do you do to make lunches easier to make and more fun to enjoy? Do you add a note or a joke? Do you have any tips for a simple and easy lunch to make for picky kids? I’d love to hear from you in the comments.
