New year, new DIY. This is officially my FIRST DIY of the year. Yay! It was quick and easy to do, and now my alarm panel is no longer in sight. I originally found this idea on, The Third Boob. If you’d like to learn more, head on over to the Better Homes and Gardens Blog and check out this post.
AND, I gotta know… any DIY’s you’d like to see me try out? Something you’ve been wanting to create, but just haven’t figured out how? I’d love to hear your ideas. You can leave an idea in the comments.

I love this idea! Mine is on a thinner wall and I was thinking about making it a picture wall but didn't like the idea of the thermostat being among the photos. But, would covering the thermostat make it not work properly? Just wondering.
I think covering the thermostat would mess it up. From what I've read.
Great way to hide your keys on hooks behind a neighboring picture also and keep the entry way all nice and tidy!
I like that idea, too!
Love! I've just been hanging embroidery hoops over mine but they keep falling off. This is perfect!
What a lovely idea! Great way to hide something not so cute on your wall 🙂

Awesome idea!!
Now I want to do that.

Very clever. I've been looking for ideas for a portable (in case we move) growth chart but haven't found anything I love…
Oh I really like this, really do!
