I want to know who did your blog layout, and if it was you, I want to know if you can help me?
It was me. I am constantly changing/moving it around! I Google like crazy to help me get any html questions answered. I would love to help you.
I also want to know what you use for your pictures. I love them. I love the colors the angles, everything. Can you give some photography tips?
My camera: Canon SD870 IS. My photo editing program: Photshop CS3. As far as some tips: I think editing your photos is VERY important. My photos are always a little foggy looking straight out of the camera. I’m always googling Photoshop tutorials if I ever want to figure out how to do certain photo techniques. I really think I Heart Faces is a wonderful photography site that offers a lot of tips and some helpful tutorials. You can also check out Simplicity’s photo classes here. She’ VERY helpful!
from Mandy at It’s a Beautiful Life:
1. When did you start making those beautiful paper crowns?
Well, I made my first one 2 years ago. I wrote a little blog post about it here. Yay!
2. What inspires you?
You guys! Everytime I see a beautiful photo or lovely craft creation on a blog, I want to get started crafting… or taking some photos!
3. If you could move anywhere, where would it be?
If I could move ALL my friends and family with me… I would move to Europe. Love it. But, since that probably wouldn’t happen I’d move to Seattle-ish area. Or Poulsbo, WA. Or Bellingham, WA. I’ve lived in Seattle before, and I loved it.
4. What are the future names of any future children?
Well, the boy would be Pete (named after Mike’s brother that died 11 years ago). And, a girl name is undecided. I like Harper. Mike doesn’t. Hee.
5. What is your favorite treat?
When do you plan on having your next baby?
Because of what happened with my birth (story here)… we don’t know. I’ve decided it’s too dangerous for me to get pregnant again, but we will be looking into surrogacy and adoption. I’m not sure in what order. But, I’d like to have 3 kids. So, we’ll do both… but, my hospital bills were HUGE. We need to get those paid off before even thinking of this.
If you could have dinner with any famous person who would it be?
Ali Edwards. She’s a scrapbooking celeb! She lives in Oregon, and she came into my work last year… I wanted to talk to her and chit chat about scrapbooking… but, I was too shy. And, she had her brand new baby with her. I wrote a blog post about it here. Looks like I wrote it on 5-5-09. That would be the day before I found out I was preggo last year!
what is your favorite movie of all time?
I always love to watch the Pride and Prejudice with Kiera Knightly. Love it.
from Leah @ Lovely Life of Leah:
Your husband is gorgeous! tell us more about him, where you two met, your first date, how he proposed, etc!
Mike and I met 8 years ago at the Dave Mathews concert at the Gorge. Our first date was a little Italian restaurant in Seattle in the Queen Anne neighborhood. He lived in Seattle. I lived in Portland. We did long distance a total of 4 years for the 8 years we’ve been together. He proposed to me at Canon Beach (Blog post here). We were married a year later on 8-23-2008. I plan to do a whole wedding post. A big one!
I am working on the other questions. Enjoy these for now!
And, don’t forget that TODAY is the last day to enter the photo challenge: Buddies.
