The fam and I made a trip out to the Mississippi Street Fair this last Saturday. For whatever reason, I’ve never made it out to this festival. It’s pretty crazy busy. Plus, it was pretty hot. We only managed about 1 hour… but the end of that hour we were out of diapers and Miss R was hot and grumpy (and I sorta was too).
But, before we headed home… we wandered to the Mac and Cheesery… for freakin’ mac and cheese. HECK yes. Yum. Pahlus, we (well, I… mike didn’t really care too much about the clothes) got to wander through the Wanderlust shop. Love it. Every time. Vanessa is a sweetheart. AND, we ended the trip with a mini ice cream sandwich for R… from Ruby Jewel.

We were there, too! We went later in the day, like 5:30, so it wasn't *too* hot, but definitely still warm. I didn't spot that mac n cheese place until after we'd already eaten at Little Big Burger. And I was kicking myself. Definitely going back to try it!
There are about 3 more mac and cheese places I need to check out. We'll have to go together. <3 Plus, it was really too hot at 1. Next year I'm bringing an umbrella to hide from the sun. 😉
